Fort Shares Abbotsford Airshow Corporate Chalet
Fort Modular welcomed more than 120 people to their VIP chalet at the 2015 Abbotsford Airshow.
Employees, colleagues and guests enjoyed some of the best seating the airshow has to offer. No waiting in line-ups. No crowded parking and long walks. Fort’s guests were allowed to drive straight to the Corporate Chalet area and park directly on the tarmac. The VIP area featured a graciously furnished covered lounge and front row patio seating with umbrellas. Apart from a great view of the show, guests enjoyed a catered BBQ lunch (provided by Mark DePedrina’s own Marcopollo Catering company) and unlimited beverages.
Fort Modular staffer, Ray Vinje says, “It was really cool to watch Airshow staff come pick up our fridge and deliver a new one completely stocked with Beer, Wine, Coolers, Soft Drinks and Water. It was a great day and a really cool experience to enjoy such VIP privileges.”
“Giving back to the people who help us succeed is an important part of the philosophy at Fort Modular,” says company principal Mark DePedrina. “Every summer and winter, the company organizes some major event to demonstrate our appreciation for our staff, contract workers, and/or suppliers.”
