Rick Welch, VP Modular Construction was a panelist alongside leaders from BC Builds and Ellis Don to share lessons learned by industry and government that could apply to solving the housing crisis. Rick represented the off-site construction industry sharing his extensive experience in large scale housing programs in the province of BC.

MBI Award of Distinction – for our large daycare project on Vancouver Island, recognized for its architectural excellence, technical innovation, sustainability, and cost effectiveness.
Award of Distinction – for a collection of 24 stand alone modular classrooms connected via a site built internal covered breezeway in Victoria, British Columbia.
