Now, 10 years later, we have become the modular building supplier of choice in British Columbia. Today, Fort Modular offers a leading selection of new, used, and renovated modular solutions including site office trailers, affordable housing, steel office containers, camp accommodations, portable classrooms, and other temporary or permanent solutions as needed for our clients. With the largest manufacturing capacity in southern British Columbia, we can handle projects of all sizes while maintaining a keen eye for detail and our uncompromising commitment to quality.

Over the course of our 10-year journey, we have earned consistent accolades from the Federal and Provincial Governments, school boards, construction companies, and developers from across Canada. We owe our continued success to our talented team, as they allow us to consistently produce quality solutions that stand the test of time. What started as a small team a decade ago has since grown into a diverse group of modular building specialists. While we’re proud of our growth, we strive to continue growing our team to better serve our clients.
We have also grown significantly in other ways since 2013, acquiring assets from several modular building manufacturers. These assets helped us further develop our operations and become the largest locally- and privately-owned modular building supplier in BC. While we originally focused on renovations and rentals, we expanded our operations to include new custom-built structures and permanent solutions to serve a wider array of clients.
Speaking of expansion, we moved from our original downtown Langley location to our new Aldergrove location in 2020. This 35,000-square-foot facility is located on a five-acre site and allowed us to drastically increase our production capabilities for new buildings while expanding our storage capacity for rental buildings. We also acquired a new Okanagan location in Kamloops in 2018. From here, we moved to a new 17-acre location in Barrière in 2021, further increasing our production capabilities.
To celebrate this 10-year milestone, we hosted an open-house anniversary event for employees and other guests at our Aldergrove location. This gathering was the perfect way to reflect on all we have accomplished, show our appreciation for our wonderful team, and set our sights on new goals for the future. We’re truly grateful for everything our team has accomplished over the course of the past decade.
When Mark DePedrina and Bryan DePedrina founded Fort Modular in 2013, they sought to create a company that prides itself on superior expertise, dedication, and quality workmanship. Ten years later, it’s safe to say that their efforts have paid off. But, there’s still work to be done.
